Hey,
I’m Andy — and if you’re wondering about the name, it cuts two ways.
Right now, NotEnoughAndy is an honest admission: I’m not where I want to be yet. I’m a work in progress — figuring out habits, mindset, health, and what it actually means to build a life on my own terms. I don’t have it all figured out, and I’m not pretending to.
But the goal? To level up so much that there’s not enough Andy to go around — where the skills, knowledge, and value I’ve built are genuinely sought after.
This site is how I get there — out loud.
A little about me: I’ve trained martial arts most of my life, spent years managing a homebrew shop (yes, I can walk you through a fermentation problem at 2am), and I’m an obsessive reader currently working my way into the tech industry. I’m someone who learns by doing — and then writes about it.
What you’ll find here
I write about the things I’m actively testing and learning: building better habits, improving my health and fitness, the books that shift my thinking, and the systems I use to stay consistent. Nothing is theoretical — if I write about it, I’ve tried it. I’ll tell you what worked, what flopped, and why.
Why learn in public?
Accountability. Connection. And the hope that something I figured out the hard way saves you some time. The internet is full of people who’ve already arrived — I’m more interested in documenting the climb.
If you’re someone who’s trying to improve but doesn’t have everything figured out yet, you’re in the right place.

I publish new posts regularly — on books, fitness, homebrewing, and whatever else I’m figuring out. Drop your email below and you’ll get notified when something new goes up. No spam, just the posts.
